I was travelling with a huge gang of friends from Siliguri to Asansol (west Bengal) with Guru Nanak (InterCity). We were really sceptical about the comfort of the bus. To our surprise, the journey turned out to be very comfortable and we also enjoyed it a lot. The staff on the bus was quite amiable and they came up with great suggestions for our trip.
I recently travelled from Siliguri to Asansol (west Bengal) and Guru Nanak (InterCity). It was a sleeper bus and I felt the bus was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and cooperative. Great going Guru Nanak (Inter City) keep it up.
I booked the tickets from Siliguri to Asansol (west Bengal) I was not able to reach to boarding point at the scheduled time, I was really worried about missing the bus, but Guru Nanak (Inter City) I live bus tracking feature came to my rescue. I immediately tracked the bus and talked to the driver who helped me reach the nearest pickup point so that I could board the bus. I was really happy with their attentive attitude towards my problem.
